Robotised / Laser Welding
Schätti manufactures assemblies on five welding robots using the MIG/MAG or TIG process.
Fusion welding is certified according to ISO 3834-2
From prototypes to the production of large series, components with high functionality and aesthetics requirements are manufactured with the 4-axis laser welding machine from Trumpf.
Other welding processes used include spot and projection welding.
We design and build welding fixtures in our own fixture construction department.
